How it works:

Send a photo of the property you’d like illustrating to hello@fernhouseillustration.co.uk

Let me know of any adjustments you would like (i.e. remove bins or aerials)

You’ll receive an invoice which is payable in full at point of ordering

Illustrations are hand drawn on A5/A4/A3 size paper depending on the property and orientation on 130gsm+ paper
Larger scale commissions are priced accordingly and will take longer

I use fine-liners and alcohol based pens to render

I will provide a best efforts timescale for your illustration to be completed at point of commission

Postage:

There is a flat postage fee of £6 to cover costs and materials (no additional postage charge for further illustrations in the same order)

The original image will be sent to you via Signed For First Class Royal Mail in a bio-degradeable cellophane envelope and cardboard postal tube 

A digital copy of your image can be also be sent via WeTransfer on request

Gift vouchers:

Send a message to hello@fernhouseillustration.co.uk with the amount you'd like to gift.  

You'll receive an invoice for your voucher plus £4.50 postage.

A paper gift certificate will be sent to you Signed For First Class, valid for 12 months from date of purchase and redeemable against a hand drawn Property Portrait.
